The combination of volcanic soil and a cool mountain climate gives these coffees their character.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn Bali, we work closely with our producing partners HEQA, who have collaborated with Kanggo for many years and source cherries directly from his farm each season. Their processing facility in Buleleng is just an hour away, ensuring cherries arrive fresh and ready for careful processing.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAfter harvest, the cherries undergo a 90-hour fermentation. Their condition is monitored throughout, and once the desired point is reached, the coffee is de-pulped.
